Four steps, a proof you approve before anything is printed, and a lead time we keep to.
From the outside it is an ordinary coaster: absorbent board, your logo and the design you choose. The difference is the code printed on one of the faces, which leads to a page built for a phone and meant to be read in twenty seconds with one hand busy.
We build that page with you. It can be your menu, a big button to leave a Google review, the wifi password, your social accounts, or a promotion that only exists while the campaign runs. What matters is that the customer lands on something useful, not on a corporate website.
The first question is not the design, it is the destination. We talk about what you want to achieve — more reviews, fewer paper menus, more followers, selling an event — and the code follows from that.
We apply your logo and colours, choose the shape and finish, and place the code where it can be seen without eating the design. If you already have a brand identity we respect it; if not, we propose one.
We send you the final artwork as a PDF and, on request, a proof printed on the actual board. We scan the code in front of you. Nothing goes to press until you sign it off in writing.
Between 10 and 15 working days from approval. Delivered to your venue in boxes of 250, ready for the store room, with the delivery note and the invoice.
It depends how the code is built. If it points straight at a fixed address, changing it means reprinting. If we build it with a link in between, the destination can be changed as often as you like without touching the board, which is what we recommend for promotions. Say so before printing and we will set it up that way.
No. Plenty of people point the code at something that already exists: their Google listing, their Instagram or a PDF of the menu. If you have nothing, we build a simple page like the one in the demo, made for phones and with no maintenance on your side.
Below 500 the unit cost climbs steeply and stops being worth it. If your venue is small, the alternative is to group with other businesses in the area in a shared run, each with its own design.
Yes, and it is included. You send us your logo in vector format and your colours, and we present two proposals. If you would rather supply the artwork yourself, we give you the template with the measurements, the bleed and where the code has to sit.
Yes, as long as there is enough contrast between the code and the background, which is one of the reasons we review the design before printing. In very dark venues we recommend a dark code on light board and a minimum size of 25 mm.
With no obligation: we will show you how your coaster would look and where the code would lead.
